Polymarket's $58M Zelenskyy suit bet will be decided today

Polymarket’s controversial Volodymyr Zelenskyy suit market is now up for its final review after UMA token holders consistently refused to accept that the Ukrainian president wore a suit.  The market’s outcome of “Yes” has already been disputed twice by large holders of UMA, the “oracle” that holds the final say over the outcome of any Polymarket bet. Now, the suit market with almost $58 million in volume is undergoing its final review that will last for another 11 hours. These UMA holders have been accused of manipulating the outcome with their inaccurate assertion that Zelenksyy didn’t wear a suit in July.  Holders of YES – don’t give up. We all know the whales are trying to rig the UMA vote on the Zelensky suit market. But that doesn’t mean we should stay silent. In 2022, it was reported that Binance served crypto traders in Iran despite US sanctions and processed almost $8 billion in transactions. Binance deliberately skirted US sanctions to serve Iran users...

NBA All-Star Jimmy Butler seeks dismissal from Binance lawsuit

Miami Heat all-star Jimmy Butler has requested removal from a class-action  lawsuit  against Binance. He argues that his promotional tweets didn’t endorse the securities in question.  His legal team presents three promotional tweets posted between Feb. 2 and 13, 2022. They argue that these tweets do not mention the supposed unregistered securities. Butler’s counsel believes that his tweets, rather than suggesting any specific investment, were cautionary, encouraging potential Binance customers to thoroughly research before making crypto investments.  This angle is pivotal to Butler’s defense, setting his communications apart from typical celebrity endorsements.
