Solana memecoin protocol pump.fun exploit mastermind arrested in London

November scores exploiters $290m over 5 major crypto hacks

Attacks on Poloniex, HTX, Heco bridge, KyberSwap, and Kronos Research earned hackers $290 million, with a week to go until November 2023 closes. As of Nov. 23, crypto hackers reportedly stole a combined $290 million from five major heists where at least $10 million was illegally ferried from each protocol. The platforms affected included three Justin Sun-related entities: HTX, Heco Bridge, and Poloniex, according to Lookonchain. Is November Hacker Month? Telegram trading bot Maestro refunds users 610 ETH after router exploit

Maestrobots, a group of crypto bots on Telegram, has refunded users 610 ETH in the aftermath of a 280 ETH smart contract exploit on Oct. 24. Maestrobots, a group of cryptocurrency bots on the Telegram messenger, is refund ing users in the aftermath of a 280 Ether (ETH) attack. The Maestro team refunded the users affected by the Maestro Router 2 contract, the platform announced on X (formerly Twitter) on Oct. 25. According to the announcement, Maestrobots paid a total of 610 ETH in its own revenue to cover all the user losses, worth more than $1 million at the time of writing. “Every wallet that lost tokens in the router exploit has now received the full amount they lost. Some of you ended up with even bigger bags,” Maestro wrote. The Maestro team noted that some amounts were paid back in affected tokens and ETH. Multichain MPC bridge sees $100M+ outflows, sparking fears of exploit

Some Multichain contracts on Ethereum suffered withdrawals of more than half of their deposits, causing on-chain sleuths to fear an exploit is underway. Abnormally large outflows from the Multichain MPC bridge platform on July 6 have sparked fears that an exploit could be underway.
