Binance Records $24 Billion Inflows In 2024 As The Exchange Surpasses $100 Trillion In Lifetime Trading Volume

Leading crypto exchange Binance has accumulated more than $24 billion in inflows from user deposits in 2024 while also surpassing $100 trillion in lifetime trading volume. This growth “aligns with a surge in global adoption of digital assets,” Binance said in a Dec. 11 blog post . Recent developments including a series of regulatory victories, historic price milestones, and the launch of spot Bitcoin ETFs (exchange-traded funds) in the US, Hong King and other large markets drove “millions of users to Binance,” the exchange added. US Spot Bitcoin ETFs Extend Net Inflow Streak To 8 Days With Another $61.3 Million On Monday As BlackRock Leads

US spot Bitcoin ETFs (exchange-traded funds) extended their positive inflow streak to eight days after a collective $61.3 million entered the funds on Sep. 30. The fund belonging to asset management giant BlackRock led the way in inflows yesterday with data from Farside Investors showing that its IBIT saw $72.2 million enter its reserves. ARKB And BITB Record Outflows, While Other Funds See No New Flows Fidelity’s FBTC was the only other spot Bitcoin ETF to record net inflows on Monday after investors sent $8.3 million to the fund. Meanwhile, BITB and ARKB  were the only products to suffer net outflows. Data shows that $9.5 million left Ark and 21Shares’ ARKB on Sept. 30. Similarly, $9.7 million was pulled out of Bitwise’s BITB. This is after both of the funds posted net inflows during the two sessions prior to Monday. CoinShares sees $2.2b influx in 2023 crypto product investments

In the final week of 2023, crypto currency investments surged with a $243 million inflow, reaching a yearly total of $2.2 billion, fueled by Bitcoin’s substantial 86% share and market optimism. James Butterfill, Head of Research at CoinShares, reported that Bitcoin (BTC) dominated this surge, representing 86% with over $1.9 billion in inflows, followed by Solana’s (SOL) at $167 million. However, multi-asset and BNB exchange-traded products (ETP) defied the trend, experiencing net outflows of $18 million and $1 million, respectively.
